How to use the live chart

  1. Pick a market: choose a coin from the list or type any USDT pair. The chart, order book, trades and futures panels switch together.
  2. Choose a timeframe: from 1 minute to 1 week. Short timeframes show intraday moves, while daily and weekly show the trend.
  3. Add indicators: tick overlays (EMA 20, SMA 50, EMA 200, WMA 20, Bollinger Bands, Donchian channel, VWAP) or one lower pane (RSI, MACD, stochastic, ATR, OBV, CCI). Your selection is remembered.
  4. Draw: use the horizontal-line tool for support and resistance or the trend-line tool between two clicks. Drawings are saved per symbol.
  5. Read the side panels: the depth chart and imbalance show resting buy and sell orders near the price, the perpetual-futures panel shows funding and open interest, and the liquidations feed lists forced closures as they happen.

What the indicators mean

  • Moving averages (SMA, EMA, WMA): smoothed price. The EMA and WMA react faster to recent candles. Price above a rising average is a common sign of an uptrend.
  • Bollinger Bands and Donchian channel: volatility envelopes. Bollinger uses 2 standard deviations around a 20-period average, and Donchian marks the highest high and lowest low of the last 20 candles.
  • VWAP: the volume-weighted average price since the start of the UTC day (it resets at 00:00 UTC), often used as an intraday fair-value line.
  • RSI and stochastic: momentum oscillators from 0 to 100. Readings above 70–80 or below 20–30 are often called overbought or oversold.
  • MACD: the gap between a 12- and 26-period EMA, with a 9-period signal line. Crossovers show momentum shifts.
  • ATR, OBV and CCI: average true range (volatility), on-balance volume (cumulative volume flow) and the commodity channel index (deviation from the average).

Frequently asked questions

Which exchange are these prices from?

Binance spot by default. If Binance is unavailable in your region, the chart switches automatically to Bybit, OKX, Kraken or Coinbase, and each panel names the venue it is using.

Why does the last candle keep changing?

The newest candle is still open. Its close, high, low and volume update with every trade until the interval ends. Indicators recalculate with it, so their latest value can change too.

Are my drawings saved?

Yes, in your own browser only (local storage, per symbol). They are not uploaded, and clearing site data on the cookie settings page removes them.

What time zone are the candles in?

The time axis uses your device time zone. Daily candles follow the exchange day, which starts at 00:00 UTC.

About this chart

Candles, order book and trades come from Binance's public market-data endpoints, falling back automatically to Bybit, OKX, Kraken or Coinbase when Binance is unavailable in your region. Futures figures come from Binance Futures, Bybit or OKX. Each panel names the venue it is using. Indicators are calculated in your browser from the displayed candles. Liquidation totals only count events received while this page is open. For explanations of each metric, see Reading crypto market data. Not financial advice.
