Totals count only liquidations received while this page is open. Free public streams do not offer complete history, and Binance's stream sends at most the largest liquidation per symbol per second.
How to use the derivatives page
- Choose a perpetual contract from Contract (BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP, BNB or DOGE against USDT).
- Overview shows the mark and index price, the current funding rate with a countdown to the next payment, and open interest.
- The funding history, long/short ratio and taker buy/sell charts show how positioning has changed over recent days.
- Funding across major contracts compares rates side by side; the annualised column assumes the rate stays the same, so treat it as illustrative.
- Live liquidations streams forced closures as they happen, with running totals for the time this page has been open.
Key terms
- Funding rate: a payment between longs and shorts every few hours that keeps the perpetual price close to spot. Positive means longs pay shorts.
- Open interest: the value of all open contracts. Rising open interest with rising price means new money is entering long positions.
- Long/short ratio: the share of accounts holding net long versus net short positions on the venue that reports it.
- Liquidation: an exchange closing a leveraged position whose margin ran out.
Limits of free data
- Data comes from public endpoints of OKX and other venues with automatic fallback; some exchanges block requests from certain countries, in which case the next source is used and named.
- Liquidation totals cover only events received while the page is open. Free streams do not provide a complete history, so we never show an all-market total we cannot measure.
- Countdowns and timestamps follow the site time zone. Click the clock in the header (or under any chart) to pick a time zone: Auto, UTC, the exchange’s own zone, a fixed UTC offset or any city. Every time on the site switches at once and the choice is remembered in this browser.
Frequently asked questions
Is a high funding rate bullish?
It means many traders are paying to hold longs. That can precede a squeeze in either direction; it is a sign of crowding, not a forecast.
Why don’t the totals match CoinGlass?
CoinGlass aggregates many exchanges with a paid data plan. We only count what free public streams send while you watch, and say so on the page.
What is the mark price?
The fair price the exchange uses for liquidations and unrealised profit, usually based on the spot index plus a funding adjustment.
Can I trade from here?
No. Ozelinx shows data only and never asks for exchange keys. Nothing on Ozelinx is financial advice; prices can be delayed or wrong, so check with your broker or exchange before you trade.
